Ingests high-resolution aerial GeoTIFFs, isolates candidate rooftop footprints and canopy boundaries using vision-based instance segmentation, converts masks into metric spatial geometries (EPSG:32614), and runs proximity algorithms to measure heat vulnerability and unshaded solar surface area (m^2).
